1.  How long will shipping take? 

  • All of our products are made to order, a process that typically takes between 1 1/5 to 3 days. Orders Usually Arrive in 7-10 Days. Carriers may make this a little sooner or a little later.
  • Wear Their Voice is not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost by the carrier.

2. How should I care for my garment?

  • To enhance the life and condition of your garment and make sure the print doesn't get damaged, we suggest washing in cold water on a "permanent press" or "gentle" cycle. Tumble dry low for a few minutes to remove wrinkles and then hang dry. Do not use bleach. Do not iron on the print. If you must iron, be sure to use a low temperature setting and iron with the garment turned inside out.

3. Can I return/exchange my purchase?

  • Because every order is made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be sure that you read the items description and the size chart carefully before you place your order. 
    • The only exceptions are if:
    • You received the wrong item (eg., wrong size, color or design).
    • Your product arrived damaged.
    • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please complete the Contact Form on our Contact page or email us at info@weartheirvoice within 7 days of receiving the item to correct the issue. We cannot accept returns/exchanges after 7 days or if the item has been worn.

4. Can I cancel an order I placed?

  • All orders are custom printed to order. You may only cancel your order if printing has not yet begun.
  • If your order has begun printing, it may not be cancelled and will be fulfilled.
